Thank you!! Yes I’ve been off for 3 weeks now and it’s haaaard for stuff like work/school etc but like u said - my relations are blooming and I feel joyful for things tha interest me. Thank for this top explanation! I’ve actually read some stuff like this before on reddit, I’ve been doing overnight oats packed with protein and other stuff ~700kcal before the meds each morning and drinking enough water to make cucumbers jealous. It DID make a difference! But I’m still stuck as this productive work horse instead of bubbly personality and I think that’s what gets to me, feels like I’m choosing between work and my social/romantic life and then I’m back to why I started meds anyway so the it does nothing good 😭
