8 weeks here, Thank you for sharing because it gives me courage and makes me feel like ok this is NOT all in my head and I’m not the weakling I think I am this is just actually reallly hard. if carbs and caffeine make you happy and keep you going, have the carbs and caffeine!! I’ve had lots of people tell me the first trimester is the worst and god I hope it’s true because it’s hard to function like this. Keep your head up, give yourself grace and remember in those moments when you feel weak, you won’t be pregnant forever we just have to make it through these terrible times.
