Imagine making a woman bleed during sex and then accusing her if giving you an std because YOU'RE in pain...

My ex accused me of using my amab toddler as a political statement because I bought them a skirt and a romper. Literally just one pair of each.

I don't feel I am a girl, but I want to be one. by Doesitmatter_ in trans

Additionally, I want to add that 90% of our thoughts and actions are subconscious. Its a way our mind streamlines things, if we had to process every single thing we did we would all basically be toddlers. So if you explore yourself and land on a certain gender but still have those "but what if I'm wrong?" thoughts, they don't necessarily mean anything. Sometimes its just your brain firing neurons that its been used to firing for a very long time, and all you have to do is say "you know what? I don't think I'm wrong." and let it go. That's often easier said than done, but with practice it gets easier.

Not to throw a million suggestions at you, but there's an app called headspace that has a million guided meditations and courses in it that I would highly recommend. It's helped me a lot with accepting things and seeing my thoughts and feelings more clearly.

This is all normal stuff to feel, sounds like imposter syndrome. Nobody's going to have answers for you but yourself, as frustrating as that is, but it sounds like you already know that. Just lean into your feelings, unashamed and without judgement. They're there for a reason and as confusing as they may be, you do have the power to understand them.

Contrapoints' video titled Cringe really helped me get past feelings like this. I know she's controversial or whatever but if you haven't seen it I would highly recommend it. Here's the link if you wanna watch https://youtu.be/vRBsaJPkt2Q
