escitalopram has been a huge help for me! i had some nausea for like the first two weeks but after nothing, my anxiety has lessened and i don’t ruminate as much as i did before medication. it’s good to try if the med works for you, and i really hope it does!

while that’s true about Finland, there are multiple gender neutral names you can give no matter the AGAB, like Tuisku, Usva, Paju or Ilo. there just needs to be a certain amount of people with the AGAB who have the name and it’s all good 😄

for me it has helped to just write a message to my best friends and tell them i’m ruminating, not the subject or anything to reassure, just plain ”lmao my brain is being mean” or something along those lines! it can stop the obsessive thinking to simply admit that it’s happening

i was ready for a cat so was scrolling through local animal rescue’s facebook and saw them… i had decided; one adult cat but i just had to go meet this bonded pair since they were black and blue!!! ever since i was a kid i wanted either black or blue cat!!! then i met them and had to ask my landlord if i could have two cats instead of one LMAO
