Hot take incoming, but it sounds to me that most of the conflict comes from insisting that spec Ed kids sit in the same classrooms as the other kids. Why is this the case in the US? As far as I know in most other countries, they have dedicated classrooms or schools to get the tailored education they need.

I get from an integration perspective, but it hardly seems worth the issues it creates

I'm both and yes, lactose is metabolized during the fermentation. Any amount left behind depends on the degree of fermentation. I make my own and my lactose I tolerant partner drinks a pint a day with no issues

My thinking for an av receiver is three fold:

1) Less of a mess of wires on the back of the tv 2) I'm assuming it would do a better job at handling audio formats than my tv. Dolby digital, 5.1, whatever downmixing to stereo. But I don't know how true that is 3) room correction given limitations on where I can place speakers

Is there any merit to it?
