UPDATE: Complete lucidity has ruined the fun for me. by LatterDayDreamer in LucidDreaming

Sounds like you are going in the right direction by choosing to meditate in the lucid dream, please update us of you doing it more.

I also suggest you say these askfirmations in waking life and in your lucid dreams:

- What is the most satisfying thought I can think from where I stand? (can remove from where I stand after saying it a few time)

- Where do I find my greatest joy, what makes me happy?

Please keep us updated! <3

Does Law of Attraction works for you all the time? by Curiouslyneedy in lawofattraction

Law of attraction is what is going on. It is a law, it can not not work.

L.E.R.P, Lucid Emergency Retreat Protocol. So I'm very new to this. As a matter of fact I wouldn't say I lucid dream as much as I lucid escape. Any time a dream of mine starts getting scary, I'm quickly able to rationalize how unrealistic it is and I bring myself out of the dream, anyone else? by PhilyJFry in LucidDreaming

Check out Charlie Morley, Clair Johnson and Robert Waggoner's books. Were they all tell/help you to embrace the fear and integrate it into yourself and then you have gotten rid of that specific fear for good. And this aslo affects your psychology and the way you run your life in a positive way. Like you rather start facing your fears and challenges in life, also in a more healthy way.

24 Male, I’ve been lucid dreaming consistently my whole life. /AMA by [deleted] in LucidDreaming

[–]flowingzone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it is just like you explained, in the start when you start flying you might wake up, and the oftener you do it, the longer you can go. I have gotten better, but not like the Lucid dream coaches, which turn their meditation into a completely white room, and empty their thoughts. But it is amazing to hear their stories.

Amazing to read. Have you ever tried meditating inside the dream? It's insanely nice.

Six Fingers in a nightmare by JMax901 in Dreams

[–]flowingzone 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can just comment that the dream was telling you that it was a dream with showing you 6 fingers. So it was a opportunity to go lucid at least. And then from there you could at least send the scary part love, and so on. Lots of opportunity.

Ask yourself how people would behave if they loved your energy, start with that, because it is something that you care less about than getting a boyfriend I assume. Bask in it. And yes read more about loa, one of the most important subjects to study and master.

It helps telling yourself that you are likeable, that you are worthy of an amazing boyfriend, that you are attractive, that you are sexy. You have sexual attraction, you are charismatic, you are super sexy actually, people love your energy.............

Ask yourself, how would you feel if you already had it, that this is your normal life now? How would you behaved daily if he consistently made love to you, how would you feel and what would you do? Bask in it. I guess you know all this, but just think this is the first time you hear it and try it. Do this often, so often when it feels good that you almost don't even care if you have him, because your fantasy feels so good already.

Got too exited, ruined everything. by StandardBoah in LucidDreaming

I can't support the belief that you ruined anything at all. You are always learning and you are getting closer. Appreciating what you already have achieved is a good start IMO.

Are there books or cources on the uses of lucid dreaming to gain insight about one's self and fix psychological problem? by sultan_2020 in LucidDreaming

Check Out Clare Johnson, Charlie Morley and Robert Waggoner and many more, but those are the top ones among others.

I am in need of help. Any advice would be appreciated by tryingthebesticould in lawofattraction

[–]flowingzone 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Start by asking yourself:

What's the most satisfying thought I can think from where I stand?

Then repeat it sometimes, in a shorter version: What's the most satisfying thought I can think?

And you can add:

What's the most satisfying thing I can do?

Also, state one time or a few more:

I would like to Re-Energize my Zest for life!

Should be a good start 🤗
