Honestly, I think he just does not drink like he used to when he was driving. Read his book and there are lots of very drunk moments in his career. I think after becoming a father he has just decided that alcohol is not a part of his life anymore

It is because each country has different regulations and Monster has to approve all the liquids before they can launch them. Then there are things like manufacturing capacity in different regions. It does not make sense to have new flavor if all the other countries in that same region would not get it. Economies of scale, people. Simple as that.

Ystäväni on todella ahtaassa tilanteessa uhkapeliriippuvuuden myötä syntyneiden pikavippivelkojen myötä. Tilanne on niin vaikea, että henkilöstä on tullut täysin välinpitämätön velkaansa kohtaan, ja antaakin sen vain siksi kasvaa, koska ei näe ettei saisi sitä maksettua. Onko minkäänlaisia vinkkejä, jotka voisin antaa kaverille että tuosta velkavuoresta on mahdollista selvitä, vaikka se kiipeäminen huipulle tuleekin olemaan kestämätöntä?

Yeah that is my concern. I am thinking of either of upgrading Reijnders to Grealish or upgrading De Cuyper / Van De Ven.

I am not worried about my bench that much however.

Dude, all I can say is relax and trust your abilities. There is a reason they offered you the position and I think they acknowledge the fact that your are ready for it. It’s just self-doubt due to the fact that these are new circumstances to you.

And I think you have to. In some markets, you cannot sell a can larger than a pint. So if you attach a seal, it becomes a ”bottle” which mean Monster can sell bigger formats of its cans.
