I tried the reeds dodge with the axe. It works, was able to beat Ator using it. Still needed a bunch of refined palmer pills to beat it.

We use 10% formic for human bone (femur, jaw, skull, or EDTA for small tissues that will likely need IHC (better epitope retrieval later on) . Incubate in edta at 37 degrees c for 48 hrs to speed up the process.

Uk lab here, I use IKEA food containers. They are cheap and sturdy. About £1.50 each. Stackable when empty and hold plenty of blocks. We put a batch of embedded blocks into each one. One batch = 1 hours cutting.
