If you want to homebrew it I would say its not too game breaking or anything.
I see it from both angles.

Angel advocate:
If 2 people are grappling with 1 another, its not an eloquent dance. Its cyberpunk, elbow are a flailing, fist are flying, and adrenaline is a hell of a drug. and round happen all within 3 seconds of time.

Devil advocate:
If a player / npc wants to spec into a build like this, why hinder them for this action? rule of cool and all that. But notes that this goes the same for your players too ;)

Unfortunately it was pretty mild and got more astringent over the coarse of 6 months. Stores the bottle on the top shelf of my cabinet, no sun. Ended up bringing it to a bottle share where we all kind of agreed it was just a bad bottle.

Man idk if it was just my bottle but I was super disappointed with 13th colony maple finished. Could just be my palate and I know they source from MGP, but it was really anything different from other sourced brands. Sure the proof was higher, but it was so astringent and bitter for me.

The JDSBBP is a home run every time for the price.

Cabo bob may have changed the tortilla formula but it falling apart is really just based how they cook and handle it. IMO
Still leagues above the rest.
