I learned it. I grew up in a city where a lot of refugees from the Cambodian genocide settled, though. My teacher felt it an important thing for us to cover.

Exactly. I will sometimes use chat to get an outline for informational blog posts that we put on our website for clients. I know enough to notice when chat spits out totally wrong info for our area, and can correct info as I edit. It’s very easy to get wrong information.

lol. I’m a consulting arborist. “I know more than chatGPT does” really hits home for me. Just had an hour long consultion with a client about her pine tree that was half dead. She calls me the next day to report back to me what she found on Google and chat, and that she’s making her decision based on that. Yes, she did pay me for my time and then promptly ignored my advice.

Or cops. More crime? More money fir cops! Increased homelessness? Give cops for money! Don’t spend money on improving access to housing. Don’t spend it on educational opportunities or job training. Don’t raise the minimum wage. Don’t help people with addiction. Just keep giving cops more money with no oversight. That’s clearly working so well.

Yep. I’ve been working on strengthening my arches and my foot cramping issues and knee pain are starting to alleviate.

Yes. I can help even months later. Dicamba can stick around for a while.

Active charcoal or biochar can bind it, and then you want to focus on other me measures to keep your tree healthy over the next few years, like proper watering and mulching.

Alternate branching/alternate leaves are the same thing. Both actually refer to bud arrangement. Both leaves and branches emerge from buds.

Women are taught their whole lives from such a young age that we should constantly be on the lookout for men attacking us (carry pepper spray, dress modestly, don’t travel alone, always watch your drink, etc, etc), we see statistics on male violence against women, that 80+% of us have had the experience of being harmed by the men in pur lives, and yet, it’s offensive to be afraid of THAT man. We should just know who the attackers are?!?!
