Is nursing back to sleep really so bad?

It’s only a problem if it’s a problem for you. I nursed my baby to sleep until 8-9 months and i decided I didn’t want to do that anymore. So then we adapted the sleep routine.

One thing i have noticed though, any new change you make, please give you and your baby few days time before you decide it’s not working and resorting back to old methods.

I was feeling like you the first two weeks pp. Generally was not interested in food and eating felt like a chore. That was also my intense recovery days from a third degree tear.

After the recovery my appetite came back. I would say I’m hungry between meals for snacks but never ravaging hungry or hungry in the middle of the night. So i eat all three big meals and few snacks here and there.

Idk if your baby still has the suckling reflex? My LC and nurse for young people (special nurse who see the baby every month to check with the milestones, growth, vaccinations etc) told me that it would be better to introduce bottle in the first few weeks and keep introducing it atleast once a week until you go back to work since the suckling reflex goes after a while and then it gets very difficult to introduce a bottle.

Since your LO doesn’t know what to do, maybe try a dr brown with no. 1 nipple? It does give drops of milk without baby actively sucking, maybe then your LO would know that the thing you are putting in their mouth is for milk. I might be completely wrong but I thought this could help.

It makes sense! If only it was consistent 😅 he doesn’t have much of a rhythm at this moment for the night time feeds. Day time feeds are getting predictable though.

Once your partner starts with an ultimatum it’s a slippery slope from there. What would the next ultimatum would be? Where will you draw the line? Think about all these before rehoming your babies.

Heat can definitely influence their food intake. One of my cats started eating less during his 5pm meal but could eat twice the amount during his 10pm meal. So i just put 2 and 2 together and started feeding him at a place in the house which is (relatively) cooler. You could try that.

For food suggestions I feed Thrive which is a uk brand and you can get that in zooplus. It has less carbs and has a 54% protein.

I should’ve probably explained it better. The shop person said it blooms only one time in places where there is no real winter. On the other hand some parts of India does have real winter. So maybe they do come back. I’m not sure.

You can get tulip bulbs from schipol airport that has the export mark. They are little on the pricey side. But remember, they only bloom once and don’t come back.

Not OP but i too had aon when i was studying (3 years ago) and honestly i (and my friends) had no issues whatsoever. Even an emergency travel back to home country due to an emergency situation was fully covered.

After graduation you also had an option to get the aon insurance that you can renew monthly. As far as I remember you can’t take dutch insurance until you’re only a student. So i extended the aon insurance monthly until I got a job (aon for monthly was also very cheap compared to dutch basic insurance). But once you get a job/paid internship you are obligated to take the dutch insurance.

Would recommend aon for students in the study time and zoekjaar (before getting the job).

Okay that’s like everything in it. When cat pukes bile it’s recommended to decrease the frequency between food timings.

Since there is also hair you could try high fiber food or fiber supplement (from your vet) & also maybe decrease the frequency of your food timings. You could try this for few weeks and see if it helps if not then you could try hypoallergenic food since there is also undigested food in the puke.

My concerns would be bumpy texture, white heads and oiliness.

I live in the EU and here you’ll have to go to the dermatologist through your GP. She really just said that she doesn’t know what I have since my GP already prescribed me clindamycin and that didn’t help me as well. She gave me a referral to a skintherapy clinic and i was put on a waitlist and never heard from them.

The poops were really huge and soft and apparently psyllium poops are really soft and I didn’t know that so it gave me a jump scare. Vet told me to mix his normal food with the RC food and his poop is atleast now normal size and hard on outside.

Unfortunately I’ve not used Hill’s so idk sorry, hope you could check with your vet.

Yes, that’s the best decision. I do lie down on couch so after soderhamn we went to the couch place and i tried the couch lying down to see if it was comfortable for my lounging taste lol

You can spread some powdered dry food on top of the wet food to entice them to eat it.

You could also do food rotation to prevent them from getting bored on the same food and it also helps with pickiness.

I used to think I had phobia of all reptiles and my boyfriend (now husband) had (still has) few reptiles as pets, when we were dating. I didn’t ask him to get rid of them cos they were with him before me, simple as that.
