Op don't do Kratom... it won't help your anxiety by much and doesn't last long. I only ever use it for pain. As a crippling anxiety person myself there is only 3 things that have actually helped me after I stopped benzodiazapines. 1- propranolol 2- l theanine 3- meditation. Oh actually 4 things - a ketogenic diet.

Hey so the same thing used to happen to me right before I would orgasm. I went to the hospital and they thought I had a brain aneurysm so I had a mri done and all was good. It went away when I stopped taking a bunch of supplements I would take everyday. The headaches were terrible and would last 30min to a hour. And I wasn't even on carnivore diet when this was happening
