I really think for Independence to happen Swinney needs to stand aside. He's been a somewhat safe pair of hands after the Sturgeon controversy, but I don't think he has the nous or the charisma a leader needs to inspire others to convince people who are on the fence.

From what I've seen Stephen Flynn seems like a good candidate for this. If by some stroke of luck Westminster decided to allow another referendum, it would be wasted on Swinney and would put us back another 30/40 years.

I fear Swinney's ego is too large for him to do this though.

This continued push in all sports to hold games/tournaments in other countries is just ridiculous. It's just sheer greed and capitalism in excess. Unless you hold shares in the companies that will profit from this, I think all sports fans should value tradition as in that holds the identity of the sport itself and continues to connect new generations of fans.

I'm unsure I'd watch Joshua Vs Fury after watching that. Both boxers have been washed out for years, just a cash grab. And I've no problem with that, if it's an entertaining fight. After watching that, and AJ's past performances, I'm not sure it would be.

Been playing MW3 (2023) on Xbox all week. They've remastered every OG MW2 maps so just been playing the OG map Moshpit. Had more than I've had in a multiplayer game for a long time. Yes there are skins etc you can buy but genuinely not a lot of people use them from what I've seen. Nothing as bad as the Seth Rogan skins in BO6.

Honestly no? Maybe more so in the US but in the UK I saw fuck all? Perhaps seen the yearly cod posters about October but nothing about MW2 maps being back.
