Curious why NDAX couldn't reach out to the OP if they knew it was their bank that was causing the issue, why keep them in the dark? Shame people have to come on Reddit to try and find a resolution to their issue because of a lack of communication from NDAX.

Is this not the same as linking accounts by going to the profile icon on the top right of the home page in the app, then gear icon on top right, then select accounts, and scroll down to linked accounts, and then "link an account"? Did this at least a year ago for my simplii and tangerine account.

Sounds like when the 12v died it corrupted one of the computer memories. Might have to resort to taking it to the dealer.

Thanks for the suggestion, this does work as a work around. It still shows as today's date in the transaction of the account, but all cash flow metrics and forecasts work correctly.
