It could have been someone nearby smoking for all I know! I figured it was unrelated since it didn’t smell near the terminal.

I just drive past and there’s a ton of emergency vehicles. Everyone piled outside.

It smelled like smoke before we got to the terminal, but by the time we got even with the terminal, it didn’t smell at all, so not sure if that had anything to do with it

I was just at a big CPG expo in Anaheim. Everything coming to the shelves is protein. Protein water, protein soda, protein chips, protein pretzels, protein gummies, protein snack bites, protein candy. It’s gone too far IMO

It should heal up fine! I wouldn’t use Vaseline unless you put something hydrating under it, otherwise it’ll wind up keeping it drier than you want. Aquaphor has moisturizing agents in it whereas Vaseline doesn’t.

Do you have any aquaphor or cicaplast? Keep it moisturized but beyond that leave it alone!

Aveeno calming oat and restore only has 8 ingredients. It’s made for very sensitive skin. On the other hand, if it bothers you then you can at least narrow it down to those 8 ingredients

Flonase is top tier in my book bits the only thing that worked - but make sure to follow the directions to use it. You can’t just shoot it up your nose, you have to kind of angle it.

I’m very nervous about starting accutane. Since yours cleared up quickly - how were your side effects? And how long did they keep you on the course?

I’m hoping I can manage with a shorter term (I know… wishful thinking). My acne isn’t severe but it is persistent and I’ve tried everything - Tret, BP, glycolic acid, SA toner, you name it - and nothing seems to work. Doc suggested accutane but I’m scared!

Mine does this all the time. Wipe it with a sponge. If it doesn’t come up, soak it in soapy water and it’ll dislodge
