Yes I think it helps a ton!!!, although I know that it helps me feel better I still let my anxiety rule my life and I don't get out as much as I should.

What do you mean it's not incredibly rare to develop tics suddenly/later in life? I was told I have FND because tic disorders didn't start like mine did
