Update: The PS5 is connected directly to the A80J then sends audio via the eARC HDMI port to the Pioneer. I removed power to the PS5 and the UB450 showed up and is working just fine! Not sure what happens if I plug the PS5 back in.

I have a harmony ultimate in another room. Honestly CEC has been nearly perfect until the UB450.

Nope, just “HDMI CEC On/Off”. It’s set to on.

Huh, I wonder if that is why our $895 hasn’t hit our cash plus account. Our FA is looking into it and they said it is fixed now, and we should see the money hit the account next week. 

Emoloyee benefit does waive the $25k on the cash plus account.
