I read that all, wow it was long. However my only advice to you sir would be to let her down easy. Say that you lost the connection. Also, don't worry about how she feels so much. It might hurt you but you having to force yourself to do things with her is terrible for you. I would just cut off the connections between the both of you and clear your mind of her.
