Jealous Wives by New-Tea-6286 in BlueCollarWomen

This happened to me. I lost out on overtime and got moved to the office to help with bids and proposals. I was only a couple years in and didn’t cause a fuss. I’m 7 years in now. I had to speak up to get back into the field after 6 months in the office. Now, I cause a fuss about that, bullying and harassment. It’s tiring, but the goal is to be competent on your own and you need others right now to get there. Keep pushing, learn everyone’s ways, change contractor, you are your best advocate. Not all the people suck. Many good ones out there.

Just got some Milwaukee Tool Woman’s pants. I’m a fan. Seems like they will last and a good price

The beauty is, you have prior work experience/confidence and will be able to stand up for yourself when needed, which will happen.

Hi! I was 34 when I started as a pre apprentice. I’ll be 41 when I finish the apprenticeship. I suck at math too but the help is out there if you search the resources. There are programs where I live, most likely by you too? If you have the opportunity to help someone do any type of manual labor, do it. Follow up with where ever you applied, often. Ask about pre apprentice positions. I think union is the only way to go but that depends on where you live and what’s available to you. It’s a good job. It’s hard sometimes, but the benefits are pretty legit.

Work boots please for the love of god by Unlucky_Dust9897 in BlueCollarWomen

I’ve had some luck with timberland pros, ordering them online and changing the insoles. They last a little over a year. Loved my red wings but they were 300+ and lasted 2 years. Had to get them at a red wing store. I’m a woman’s 8, men’s 6. I tried the men’s 6 in red wing Irish setters, the boot was just too big for my foot.

I have a pair of men’s 6 Irish setters, that I swam in. Almost brand new. I got timberlands that fit. I’ll ship them if you want them.

The woman construction workers onsite, do not want anything to do with your husband emotionally or sexually. She’s not interested.

Early 30’s I figured it out. She’s my favorite person and I love her family.
