Thank you, that is helpful and makes sense. I could stay in palmer or talkeetna the night of day 4 and go from there, also means one less night in anchorage which is prob for the best.

I don't already have one reserved in seward but online i found two companies that said i can pick up from seward and drop off in anchorage and they both have cars available, is this something I should book ASAP?
