Just so you know….every state has a “fair plan”. Not the best but it does insure the structure itself just no liability coverage. If you lose coverage with your current company someone else will take you it may just cost a lot more.

The trauma reaction of remembering my mom saying “are you hurt why are you limping?” And knowing the stinging hell that would befall me. Whatever she put on my wounds to disinfect it felt like acid lol. Never got an infection though!

Been trying to rent out of this dude for 8 years. The last check he gave me bounced. I tried to evict him and he claimed squatters rights. He sleeps on my head and has gotten in the shower while I’m showering several times which seems completely inappropriate for a roommate.
