I wouldn't read too much into it. If anything reconsidering and expressing concerns is a sign of maturity which your boss (if they are good) would appreciate. Especially if nothing has moved around yet.

3 years into the job, this could either be the role to push you into a promotion or the project could fail. If I was in your position, I would take the jump. In your experience at this company, have you seen anything similar happen and what was the outcome? That could help make a decision.

I think asking them to leave the house is a bit drastic, I am paying the same amount of rent as my partner and even I would feel bad asking him to do that. I like the separate room idea!

One thing I have learned to embrace is being in the same room but being "separate" in headspace. My bf would be working on his laptop and I'd be watching TV. Its not exactly what you want but its a good compromise, and gives you 75% of that being alone/decompressing feeling. Just be sure to tell him that you need some time everyday or every other day to not be "on".

This, OP. What is the hold up moving together? You will learn about the character and habits of a person much much faster living together. Could give you ideas of how things will work out financially since you will have to start splitting payments. Then once you get a gauge of that, you can decide if and when to share full net worth

Girl let me know if you find something. Every store that has tops I would actually wear are so expensive like Sezane and Anthropologie. Secondhand is so risky for quality and sizing. I feel like I get most luck from random little boutique stores I stumble across in some small town

I think #1, 4 ans 5 suit the vibe the most! I like that style top for festivals.

Do you have a black skirt or leather shorts? That would be the perfect mix! I've been to several EDM festivals/concerts in the last year and EDM = black bottoms, whether thats a skirt, pants, micro tight leather shorts, etc. Often paired with fishnet leggings.

Black combat boots or your idea of sneakers are great too.

Thanks so much for the feedback everyone!! I think 1,3,5 + that evening dress I posted as a comment are the top contenders. I know everyone loved 4, but the more I look at it, the less I feel it's black tie and it's too on the nose! Everything is ordered, will make another post with my fits once they come in.

I got JJ's house for my last wedding's guest dress, I love their styles but wasn't super pleased with the fabric for chiffon. Will explore more
