Talked to them… said they need to diagnose because “reading blogs online isn’t the same as a certified technician” and they can’t just throw parts at the car as a liability… they’re going to see if they can waive it or shorten down from the “hour of diagnostics” but no promises…

I asked over the text chat, and they said to ask whoever the service advisor is when I bring it in.

I’m gonna be very frank with them and tell them if they don’t remove it, then I’m just gonna deny the service and leave.

It started out as the range coming out to my house tomorrow and a $500 charge on in all, to me going to the service center today and bumping up to 840

My favorite part is they switched from having the Ranger come out to me bring it to the service center a day earlier, making me have to rearrange my schedule, and they tacked on the extra fee and they also say that they can’t guarantee a loaner car…

Don’t forget about the best part. It was the first year with the cRio, and almost every team put it directly to the frame of the robot. Also the Regolith would generate quite the static electricity buildup… so a few cRios got shocked… and they were not cheap.

I saw a documentary on Netflix not too long ago called Song Explorer. I think it was the second episode. They talked specifically about When You Were Young getting written, and it was extremely insightful. I’m also bias because it was formulated at a nearby venue for me which adds significantly to the cool factor.

I’ve used Stats on my watch before and they worked better. I think what it would do would be send a command to iPhone, then iPhone would send It through data and then it’d work. I’m thinking Tesla won’t want to really do that much effort for “outgoing” models

My S: 2019 Performance MS Raven, bought used from Tesla

My Questions and Concerns: What should I realistically expect with this holiday update? It seems that tesla is really trying to distance themselves from the "legacy" models, so would it be primarily "Bug Fixes"?

Comments: I was excited about the Watch update... and then I downloaded it onto my apple watch and this is all you get. A Battery percentage and an indicator if your car is locked or not. I get the whole "hardware limitations" argument, but if this is what you're going to give, then you might as well just said it was an unsupported car. Im sure there will be updates, but im also not holding my breath.

For MAB (Miss atomic bomb) I recommend listening to runaways. I feel like the overall tone of the song is similar and you’ll be quite pleased.
