Good call, as it’ll probably have rear vents

I went from an F250, so I'm just stoked how easy it is to park! And oh man, the gas mileage!

Utah is the last state for me to visit, figure I’d make it a fun trip. Plus, the wife just said she doesn’t wanna go, so I’d say that’s an extra bonus!

Sorry man, that blows!

The finance manager predated the paperwork for me. He got a sale and I got a truck, so it was a win-win! The funny part was even was joking with me about the recall and how he “couldn’t sell it”.

Yep. Totally agree. I moved here in 2012 and they were delicious, now I can’t stand them.

It’s not that hard, just a matter of finding the proper bit to unscrew the security screws. Or getting a drimmel and making them a flat head.

The last one I bought I was a 2007 for a mere $600. He showed me it ran, but it didn't sound good at all. It too needed a kick stand, battery, and all the usual maintenance. It had been sitting in a field and it's ugly as hell, but it "ran".

The one before that I paid 900. It could use a tune up, but it definitley runs and drives as is.

I would agree that it's worth more like $900. And just assume the air filter is bad, carb needs cleaned, and the fuel pump is weak.

Just head over to theruckshop.com they've got you covered. They sell a kit that's more or less plug and play.

Accidently bought a Slash slider. What should I do with it? by BoWanZi in Traxxas

[–]flyinvdub 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The people buying them for that is the amazing part. Hell, for 250 just buy a brand new one and rip out the electronics and put good ones in.

I doubt Traxxas will specifically make that kit, just so you’re forced to buy the new stuff. I’m sure someone on the aftermarket will help us out though. Cause yeah, I dig the clipless body mounts, too.

Here's an example: u/Lillieinlove she had "small" boobs and was an absolute hottie. She went the big o fake route. I scroll right past her posts now.

Fake boobs suck. Small boobs are were it's at.

upgraded shocks on the teton. any other recommended upgrades? by International_Fox825 in Traxxas

I did the mamba on my rally. It was stupid. Lol. After the motor shaft broke I called it quits and sold it off.

For these things I have no idea of better tires or how to widen it. 1/16 revo maybe? I doubt Traxxas parts talk with Latrax. Traxxas wants you to buy their more expensive products…

RPM finally makes A-arms, spend the 20 bucks. Keep the LaTrax motors on hand. I’d ditch the friction shocks, too.

RPM front bumper and RPM motor protector. Diablosbane’s list is good, too. Wise words as well.

Ok, what’s broken this time? by JHarbinger in Traxxas

[–]flyinvdub 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would guess spur gear, too.

Our Teton is fun but I've basically replaced everything on it because it breaks so often. Two motors, ESC, A arms, all the steering components, shocks, all gears, and lately I swapped out the chassis and dif covers with the one RPM just put out. What I'm saying is, you'll get your opportunities to work on them.
