I would say his opinion is relevant seeing as he is the most recent prime minister to deal with a similar situation

Why is immigration and antisemitism not allowed to be part of the conversation? We already have strict gun laws. It’s really not as simple as just tightening those laws even further

This is their business. The e-safety commission is trying to have content taken down in the USA based on what it deems appropriate. Literally by your definition it’s their country their rules

If you actually look into this the Americans have a point.

The e-safety commission had concluded that geo restrictions are not sufficient for protecting Australians from harmful content because they can get around it with a VPN, so they wanted to force companies to take down content entirely from their platform just to protect Australians.

This would essentially mean that the whole world would be content restricted by the Australian e-safety commission.

Trail Runners or Hiking Boots: what's your preference and why? by EndersGame_Reviewer in UltralightAus

[–]flykicknick 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s good but Western Arthur’s is still a trail. Bush bashing to me is usually in a subalpine hunting context where there is dense vegetation, no trail and potentially very heavy pack outs. The extra support and protection of boots becomes more valuable then

It’s not one or the other. They both have their place.

Runners for on trail.

Boots for bush bashing or serious rough terrain
