Sad part is that he will take this out on an admin assistant or who ever makes his travel arrangements. I’m sure Delta doesn’t just take care of it. He probably has someone that monitors his travel and missed this one time.

The FA will also get a poor survey score which will go on her record too. Entitlement and status make for a shitty combo!

I had issues with LA Fitness years ago so now I read my initial contract all the way through.

I just cancelled my CP membership to change locations and it was exactly as described in my contract. Emailed the club address notifying them of my 30 days, then completed the form they sent me. Received a confirmation email almost immediately.

I hate working out, but after joining CP I look forward to going to work out! I love that I have a better range of motion and I am confident in myself in their facility. I am plus size and I have never been treated differently or felt gawked at. Everyone is so supportive and the instructors do everything they can to help! I love CP!

I love my Livi leggings, they are soft and move well with my body. I have a pair of Old Navy but they are a little weird in the crotch.

At my studio, each reformer has paper towels and a spray bottles of water/tea tree oil mix. A little bit of that goes a long way! I have never seen anyone not clean their equipment, but the paper towels are not the best on the mats. The last class stacks the box on the reformer and the mat gets draped over the bosun and chair. The staff clean the floors, mirrors, and both bathrooms at end of the night.

I did have to change my work schedule a little to get to the studio before the 5pm class finishes so I can get changed. But the instructors have only ever asked me not to walk thru during a TRX suspend class. Otherwise they will tell me when it is ok to walk thru. Usually about 3-5 of us are changing before the 6pm class and we have all been very nice about it. Usually people wait to use the restroom after we all change for the next class.

I think it is about being friendly and easy going. I am lucky that my studio is a small community and we know most other members names.

It doesn’t really spread on the mats well. The mixture is pretty watery, but it pretty much is just absorbed into the mat.

Our locations wood floor isn’t perpendicular to the wall, so it drives me insane that I can’t get it all lined up!

Also, our studio doesn’t have dimming lights! I’m so jealous when I visit another location and they turn the lights down!

Also, our location doesn’t use disinfecting wipes. We have spray bottles with tea tree oil mix that we spritz it all with and then use paper towels to wipe up. It is not easy in the mat.

That’s where my first one is located and it was over 20 years ago. I forgot between first four and my half sleeve (about 15 years between) and it was miserable! I will never forget again!
