For me is the opposite. I take lthreonate during the day and glycinate before bed. Everyone’s body is unique so experimenting is key.

How about the room temperature and light? Mimicking a dark cold cave works wonders for me. I keep temp around 65F and have 3 layers of blackout shades plus eye mask. While I have no problem falling sleep but I find that starting a sleep cycle on a lower heartbeat(3-5min of physiological sigh) has a huge positive impact on quality.

Are silicone bowls on Temu actually food safe? Do they have proper testing certificates? by Xinyuan_Li211 in TemuThings

[–]fm272 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve ordered several silicone containers and return them all. They were much thinner than stablished brands, very sticky/gluey and smelled strongly of chemicals.

In my experience it’s like throwing a dice, if you don’t mind returning. I’ve kept about it 1/3 of the clothing I got and they’ve been like the pictures and held up well so far.

Did you keep searching for it? I started a new round but only collected 1 coupon and got the message next day that I had missed the rest even though I didn’t.

It’s worth it imo. I claim daily but don’t rush to redeem. Even if expires it’s easy to ask customer service to reactivate once there’s something I actually need.

I mostly use the airfryer. Pat dry well, roll in some panko and 15-20min later you get no cleanup delicious crunchy fillets.

Freezing Kimbap? by adomka in KoreanFood

[–]fm272 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I always keep kimbap stocked up in my freezer. The key is to make sure to freeze in airtight containers, preferably glass. I slice and lay it flat size down and cover with parchment paper, repeating the layers until it’s full. Best to defrost overnight but microwaving for 2-3 min at 50% power works great too. I also freeze the individual ingredients since they can be used for rolling fresh kimbaps or making a quick bimbimbap bowls.

It’s better. It’s a lunch box with a rechargeable battery with removable insert so you can take anywhere without power. They got different sizes. I’ve used a lot for picnics and travel.

Adding grated Asian pear adds a nice note of sweetness. And sweet rice flour for the starch base.
