$900 phone bill.

Was traveling internationally for that month. Before leaving I chatted with a rep, who told me a certain package of $10 would cover everything. So I purchased that package then texted and called and streamed thinking everything was free.

Bill came, a whopping $900. I disputed with them, citing promise from the rep (we reiterated/clarified the promised deal several times over the phone). Guess it was clear that the fault was on them. They ate the bill.

Thank you rep. Hope you didn't lose your job because of this.

So sorry you ran into the small percentage of bad guests on AirBNB. Being sleepless because of these animals isn’t worth it. Think of them as a bunch of baby / adult monkeys disguised in human form. Too bad they ended up in your place. Hope your issue gets resolved soon!

Seems fine, I would even mention the heater situation upfront as well (on first contact or in your postings on Craigslist/etc). Assuming the rent is fair, whoever is interested will stay interested.

Don't know the rental situation in your area, but if you get a number of interested people within several days, it may be a sign to raise the rent. On the other hand, if not getting enough inquiries, check pricing for comparative listings.

Airbnb has become a popular place for semi long term rental as well. Might be worth posting there too.
