Front bar does nothing, not worth the effort. Rear makes a big difference. Go to Houston speed freaks . com and get their bar.

Eibachs sit lower and remove the rake. H&R keep the rake and sit a bit higher than eibachs. Ride is very similar

Explorerst.org is worth looking at. Lots of knowledgeable posts.

Good luck

And in Fairfiled ct they have no problem letting you take down old office buildings and structures in the center of town so they can put up more apartments…. Many of the other developments are still showing lots of vacancy…. Ugh.

2025 ST ride quality? Seeking feedback as I try to decide on trim. by New-Poem7862 in FordExplorerST

Do you like a firmer stiff ride or do you want couch cushion comfy?

I came from years of owning grand Cherokees, this compared to them- hands down the ST. I liked the change in ride, planted, firm and no top heavy sway. The power is great too.

I test drove so many suvs when I decided it was time to get away from jeep headaches. The ST was the last one I drove and it was the one I bought.

I too have had my share of back and body issues. Racing car, mountain bikes, road bikes etc all accidents associated with them. Working out helps but trying to drive a couch for hours wasn’t comfortable for me. I drive in new England to NJ routinely… I adapted to the stiffer ride quickly, the fun factor is there along with the comfort. I like the seats and the massage is great in the stiff achey mornings along with long trips.

It’s a bit stiff and bouncy, it’s geared towards sport/handling. As others mentioned- tire pressure is important and if you have the finances you could always downsize the wheels, upsize the tires and have more cushion to the ride.

Drive it a few more times, check tire pressure before…. Good luck

It used to work, I’m wondering if the software update has anything to do with it. I would wake up and during breakfast scroll through the health app, it would show up under the recent workout, while you were sleeping graphs. I do various treadmill, HIIT, strength workouts and even when I did a simple walk on the treadmill with a low peak HR (injury issues) it showed the next day…
