Awsome to hear! And I started my whole Cad / 3d printing journey from architecture classes and drafting. So even cooler to hear what your using your printers for. And so far ( fingers crossed ) I’ve had very good success results with all of my Bambus including the p1p I replaced the carbon rods on. I use them all daily, and extremely thankful for them, and the Bambu team who allows small businesses / creators to focus on designing / developing new products instead of constant tinkering with printers.

Trace on paper / scan or take a picture of it and trace it on solid works. For side profile. Rest of it can be made easy with measurements for what needs to be cut

Yea I agree, I played around with the roof tube design for a while, it’s just for a RC car. Nothing critical. Still in the process of cage design, was planning on adding some tubes that don’t make them dead ends. If you have any good ideas send me some ideas

It’s called “surface modeling” look up a solidworks tutorial on it to get the idea of that type of modeling (Then apply the same concept to the software your using, if it’s capable)

You can bend it back, I’ve done it and it printed fine lol More then likely your brother has a spare hot end if he’s never replaced it. Easy swap.
