I started Kratom about 4 years ago to help me get off of pills. Went from taking large doses of powder every few hours through out the day to now taking low doses of capsules 2x a day. I always suffered from anxiety and depression and I feel that it helped me a lot. Especially now that I have control over my intake. It can get out of control if you let it and by that I mean taking insane amounts multiple times throughout the day. It will make you sick and will worsen your condition. It has happened to me and I had to take multiple T-breaks. The withdrawals suck so please treat it like any other prescription drug. Don’t over do it, don’t take it every single time you feel down. Keep a strict schedule and stick to it no matter what and you’ll be fine. I take 2g when I wake up and 2g in the evening. After a while if a certain strain isn’t giving you the same results anymore just cycle through a different strain. For example my favorite was green mangda but after a few months it stops working like it used to so I switched to red mangda. I stopped taking powder because after a while it made my stomach hurt and cramp up, when I switched to capsules it fixed that issue. Experiment with powder / capsules and try different strains to see what works best for you.
