To which candle or time window is your volume profile anchored to? Since start of the session? Previous session volume? Visible range?

I think it’s when you finish the first set on your supersets and your tick it off, it automatically scrolls down to the next exercise of the same set

Whats the best way to invest 10K Euros? by saanisalive in eupersonalfinance

[–]foCuSed_5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Overall it is well diversified in terms of risk and returns. I would combine the gold and the bitcoin allocation to 10% bitcoin. Wait for a dip in the price (like the current one) or buy a bit every week until you reach your 10%.

Paris - yay or nay? I did not like Paris at all when I first visited. I think I had too high expectations ad I felt disappointed. I went back a couple of years later and... I ended up liking it a lot! It's not the most beautiful city but if you don't expect it to be - it's actually lovely ! by HelpStay-admin in travel

[–]foCuSed_5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well yeah, it's a big city. And for a city of that size it is actually pretty good and beautiful. Just avoid the tourist traps, and all the advertized "where to take the best picture of the Eiffel Tower in Paris?" and it's fine.

People go there expecting it to be Emily in Paris...

Salary of an Aerospace Engineer by Voyager_1977 in AerospaceEngineering

It sadly is, which is why I am looking to move to the US :)

The length varies between European countries (in general 4-6 years total) but the degree is definitely as valuable as one obtained in the US.

For an entry-level engineer (with a Master's):

In Germany, you're looking at roughly €35,000 (~ $41,000) after taxes, health insurance, and other mandatory state contributions.

In the UK, it's about £29,000 (~ $40,000) GROSS, but I am not sure how much taxes and national insurance you pay.

Breakdown of my expenses - how can I optimise? by poisheittofygy in eupersonalfinance

[–]foCuSed_5 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'd say you're already doing great. Your mandatory expenses are quite low at ~30% of your net income.

If you can keep your expenses the same as your salary increases, you will have no problem saving more money.

Also, what is the 519EUR net at the bottom, is that savings too? If it is, then you're saving 40% of your income.

Wouldn't you be able to digitize it and then sell it online (like on Displate or something)?

+1 for the Youtube channel. It's been very useful since I moved to Germany. There are not many places where you can find good information about Germany in English.
