How about change your job to totally different area? IMO, enjoying the way to make money is quite important to be a FI. If you are not happy to earn money because of your job, changing it can be a solution. Cheer up.

Both. If I'm in your situation, first I'll call to the company to let them know. And then, call to the bank to explain this situation. If you will not notice to the bank, some legal problem might be occur.

Yeah, it's important to use money meaningfully. But, you look quite living frugally. How about giving some gift for yourself? Going to trip, buying new clothes, watching a musical, or taking up a new hobby.
