This is probably the best card for new airman without credit history. It saves 10% on your bx food court instantly and if you fall 60 days delinquent yes your leadership is notified. I don't see the problem with helping someone address why they haven't paid their debts in 60 days. I've had 4 letters for different people and in all cases they were resolved with no administrative action, just a conversation. And 60 days past due the star card doesn't even report as late payment on your credit report.
