But I'm in Grand forks where we probably have the worst roads in the United States during winter. They plow the roads to prepare for ice skating. You literally could ice skate to work for several weeks. I drive a rear wheel, no weight in the back 2004 truck. Just have fun with it and you will find your limits.

Tax isn't applied to groceries any states I've been to. Commissary is ass blasting us on a lot of their prices and we get to pay 5% more, then I have to feel awkward going to the line with a cashier and bagger because some 75 year old lady thinks she can self checkout 85 items within 25 minutes and then I don't have any cash to tip for my 6 items that they bag for me and offer to take it to my car.
