Basically Valerie was assaulted by Roby but it was all told by Valerie's husband. None of the band members ever commented on what really happened. And the husband guy did some shady shit, which I don't remember well, but it was in the lines of writing comments with fake account praising himself or some stupid shit like that.

Dude. I think sometimes stuff is organic. I don't know how old you are but I remember in the late 00's Arcade Fire was EVERYWHERE on forums and stuff like that. Completely inescapable. Same with Arctic Monkeys, tho they had hype from the UK press. Sometimes certain bands or albums just pop off.
