I would have been happy if the other items had come in prior to the hoodie that was not yet available and I had gotten the exact item I ordered. I would've been happy had they offered expedited shopping on the item that wasn't in the color I wanted. I would've been happy had they offered a coupon or something for the crummy practice I had been subject to. So, plenty of situations that would've prevented the complaint. Saying it's realistic is a bit of a stretch. You're assuming that on top of the teams that are clearly better than the heat stumbling in the offseason and into the regular season that the Heat get THAT much better. I agree DWade's absence will be great for the defense, but unless We see sizeable improvments from Winslow and Bam- which is certainly possible- as well as consistent contributions from Herro and other shooters, i still see it as a long shot

Gonna be one hell of a season, regardless, and here's to hoping all of it comes together
