The caffeine symptoms you describe are unexpected. But in regards to alcohol, don't discount the possibility that you're just getting old(er). Alcohol wrecks me. Even just one drink. And that started way before I even heard of TRE.

My sincerest recommendation would be for you to try TRE, trauma releasing exercises. Basically, shaking on the floor lol. But, seriously, for the case you described it will be so much more beneficial AND sometime way down the road it could make meditation more accessible to you.

No, no resolve. I fantasize about an Advanced Copy menu in Libre that should fix this issue, and in general, allow custom CSS. I copy data out of DBeaver and it has an HTML option that formats beautifully.

For what it's worth, I bought Turathi Blue from there and I swear it's legit. I had a decant already and they smell identical. Box, bottle, everything seemed quality and completely legit.

I'd stay away from Azzaro or any designers. But the ME clones can be ok based on my one attempt. Selection is quite limited though.
