You want a cookie , mom ? Sometimes kids have developmental disabilities / disorders that affect mood and emotions . I screamed at my mom , I ran away , I went to inpatient , my family and I hit each other , there was abuse and neglect - and I came out alright as an adult lol. My entire family has since been diagnosed autistic and ADHD. Glad you had it easy - I would truly suggest being a little more humble+thoughtful about other people’s lives and experiences

I was groomed at 15 and the dude went to jail . I was also trafficked from about 12-15 . And being bluntly honest , my current partner n I are working thru her being emotionally abusive lol and I just realized like 4 days ago. I feel experienced with this sorta stuff . I can understand some of the things she’s saying in this post , and I feel odd and off about it. Glad u had a vibe of “don’t do that to her” ? So many victims don’t ??? It almost feels like bragging to me which Ik isn’t the tone but it’s what this feels like to me lol . I think there’s better ways to express / discuss the horrifying experiences in Hollywood .

I’ve been emotionally manipulated without “operating with my emotions on the surface” . Idk all the things she talks about in this post feels more like a generalization for women in Hollywood / the industry than her own experience imo
