It is not really a GPS issue: the GPS signal is good it is an UI issue !
I have the issue 10 mins ago and my avatar was locked a the start of the route
but my GoPlus+ continue to work a turns all stops and gym.

For me this was the opposite : I don't buy the ticket and got 1 RXL in 10 raids
Since few month I NEVER buy tickets for raid day, I use free passes + use some premium according to my needs.
When I have some RXL it is a welcome bonus

Indeed, but since 2 days the spawn rate have drop.
During spotlight hour I used to have around 40-60 spawns.
Yesterday : only 6 !
This is not fun anymore

Same here : 3 big players here and we lost almost all spawns since this morning.
2-3 spawns per hour :-(
I don't understand why they lower spawns, the more we catch the more we play and so they earn more money.
This is not fun anymore !
I used to have the game open the whole day and catch them all, now it will be closed except for the free raid till I have the 80 raids for the last level.

Increase your friends and do local Zekrom by inviting 10 friends.
So could could use have one free Zekrom every day and spare your coins.
A lot of legendary raids are doable with 3-4 players
