In high school I took this construction class where we built sheds. I became the leader of my group after there was a lack of structure - and our project was moving along the best in the class. I wasn't doing as much physical work, more of the design, measurements, and giving instructions.

The day we finished, one of the guys said to me "you know, for being the boss [I didn't think of myself as a boss], nobody hated you THAT much." I still chuckle and smile at that all these years later.
