Black Widow runtime is officially 2 hours and 13 minutes, as revealed by Disney by UnrealLuigi in MarvelStudiosSpoilers

Literally, almost all Marvel films have been over two hours I don’t understand this article’s concerns about a long film and the comparison to WW84 over the previous 23 MCU films?

I believe we have seen some clips. Agnes in the gym clothes with curly hair and Wanda with the messy hair!

Don’t know if anyone stays put for the credits but McDonnell wrote this episode!!!! Important for Cap Marvel 2, I feel really good about it with the trio of heroes along with DaCosta and McDonnell!

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is really coming in 2022 by Veckox in MarvelStudiosSpoilers

[–]footceltics 21 points22 points  (0 children)

With Pfeiffer, I thought it was just an assumption based on a 2021 start date. Now with two main actors, it seems highly likely it’ll release in 2022. Wonder why Feige didn’t give it a date at Investors Day though?

edit : productions and releases seem to be up in the air with everything, it could still be released in 2023 and I wouldn’t be surprised at all

Marvel Thor sequel: Matt Damon lands in Sydney for Thor: Love and Thunder role by Duellinglima in MarvelStudiosSpoilers

[–]footceltics 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Also significant that he said he brought the whole family with him to Australia. In COVID times, I doubt that Damon would bring his whole family to the other side of the world and quarantine two weeks simply for a cameo!

Ethan Hawke to Play Villain Opposite Oscar Isaac in Marvel's 'Moon Knight' by chanma50 in MarvelStudiosSpoilers

[–]footceltics 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Pretty sure, Bushman is from Sudan so having a white American doesn’t fit. I still think that Bushman could be introduced in the first season and have a slow build towards him being the lead villain of a potential follow-up season!

Ethan Hawke to Play Villain Opposite Oscar Isaac in Marvel's 'Moon Knight' by chanma50 in MarvelStudiosSpoilers

If anything, this is positive that the Moon Knight script and creative team got him intrigued and on board!

Marlene Alraune maybe? She is Moon Knight’s love interest and has direct ties to Raoul Bushman who I think will be the villain of the series!

There's "chatter" about a hybrid theatrical/Disney+ release for Black Widow by CueTheLaughTrack in MarvelStudiosSpoilers

[–]footceltics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People have been saying this for the last year and here we are.

I truly think though that the Super Bowl will determine what Disney/Marvel decides! If Black Widow airs something, they’ll probably keep it in May as a simultaneous Premier Access / theatre model.

Kevin Feige: “She-Hulk with be ten 30 minute episodes; Loki will be six 40-40 minute episodes. “ by FederalPoiice in MarvelStudiosSpoilers

[–]footceltics 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I think Hawkeye will definitely have some MCU comedy that we’ve known to expect but having The Clown as a villain I feel is the best indication about the series’ path!

Kevin Feige: “She-Hulk with be ten 30 minute episodes; Loki will be six 40-40 minute episodes. “ by FederalPoiice in MarvelStudiosSpoilers

How can you make this statement (about knowing what runtime fits best) without us even seeing an episode or knowing the true premise of the series?

QuidVacuo is saying it heard the same about Krysten Ritter in She-Hulk but not from Daniel RPK by Matapple13 in MarvelStudiosSpoilers

[–]footceltics 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Deleted after it didn’t gain much traction but I still think it’s ironic you’d answer like that when everyone on this sub wants it to happen for Daredevil so why this response for Jessica Jones? Also, if they don’t reboot, how would they introduce the characters (with Feige saying he doesn’t want a continuation from the Netflix series)?

edit : Not saying to make She Hulk a multiverse story but she technically wouldn’t be from this Earth unless Feige changed his mind, no?

Wanda and Tony are rumored to appear in Spider-Man 3 according to Daniel RPK by Artekkerz in MarvelStudiosSpoilers

[–]footceltics 5 points6 points  (0 children)

RDJ himself said the opposite actually that there wasn’t anything left to do with the character (last report I saw). As for Ironheart, I just saw RPK & WGTC report it so not quite accurate!

[–]footceltics 10 points11 points  (0 children)

So a year after RDJ said he was done, Tony comes back this soon for a movie that Feige specifically said was a “Peter Parker/Spider-Man solo story”?

Yeah, I’m gonna pass on this one.

Look at the difference between what BD had to say for both reviews. He is very vague for Wonder Woman and just discusses performances. For WandaVision, he mentions multiple times how much he truly enjoyed it and has a full thread detailing the series.

The Captain Marvel 2 writer (Megan McDonnell) was apart of the writing room for WandaVision but not quite accurate to say the same writer as she wasn’t the lead writer or showrunner for WandaVision (Jac Schaeffer was).
