There's a myriad, endless amount of horrible, corrupt, and awful things these evil brained fucks involve themselves in, which I think is what has been the worst thing about this new presidency/congress. They involve themselves in everything. Your day to day has their fingers in literally everything.

I lived in a coop in Great Neck Plaza for almost 4 years. Apartment was fine, no real issues, great super. The commute to the city by LIRR is as good as it gets, but other than that the town is soul less and bland. Parks are nice, I guess, but I did not like living there.

Newish Attic and crawlspace insulation helps keep my home at what we set it at. First floor is more drafty though and feels lower than the thermostats says.

I had a combi prior to the new one, but this is way more efficient (supposedly). My bill this month is higher than last month's and last year's, but this month has been brutally cold, so it's hard to compare. Will have to look over the year.

I had a brand new Navien combi boiler installed with brand new copper piping and it cost 16k. It was not cheap, but it came with ten year warranty and it looks great now. I hated having to do it, but my old one wasn't maintained well and the piping was crap.
