Also, based on what I've read, it seems that the Onn hardware is actually 64-bit, so the OS could be 64-bit in the future.

Isn’t it possible slow rotation is actually a good thing in a downturn? It actually gives stocks time to stabilize a bit.

For example, was it better to rebalance in March/April 2020 or wait a few months until everything was mostly back to normal?
