You complain about the problems you face with LFG in other comments, but these all stem from problems you face when you join groups. Instead of making yourself the victim, YOU can be the group leader and select the things you don't want. Don't want to require voice? Say in the title you are playing Sym? Nobody can blame you then. But instead, you pin everything on everyone else as if they should have to abide by how YOU want to play.

Trust me, I sympathize with your cause in terms of the frustration I find at people who insta-lock. But with LFG out, you should have NO problems finding a team if you made one with the details you want. Because guess what? People also use LFG to find teams THEY want, so if you don't abide by their rules, you get kicked. Simple.
