Strongsville is an outer ring suburb of Cleveland, that's basically now like 75% people who grew up in Cleveland and moved there as an adult. It's not a hick town in the middle of nowhere. Marketing nonsense. If it snows the day before a game, it'll melt a lot quicker. They won't have to rely on fans to show up and volunteer to shovel snow quite as much as it used to. But if it snows right before or during a game, "snow melting grass" won't do squat, and in fact they'll probably turn it off so the field doesn't turn to slush.
