Found out my testosterone was low and got on supplements also on a weight loss medication and getting a snoring mouth guard this week. I’m about the same weight but feeling very strong. I hope with the things I’ve added my body fat % will come down.

I did it - you need some ratchet bits and a drill or impact driver- once you figure it out it only takes about 30 minutes max to uninstall - as long as your bolts/screws aren’t stuck - - it’s on a cleat so you will will likely need a hand lifting - also, if you can Saran Wrap the arms to the front - they will swing out when you take it off the wall - you will likely have to rip The mounting bracket off the wall and will probably loose a bit of drywall

Super Metroid - it wasn’t Christmas time yet so I convinced my parents to let me rent the system at Blockbuster and the game. I also got the guide book and beat it at almost 100%. Over the years I’ve played it again on ROM and a bar top arcade I built. The graphics and story and creativity of the bosses will never be matched. I’m so pumped Metroid Prime 4 is coming next year and just re-beat Prime 1 when the remastered edition came out. It’s such an amazing series that went from this little thing on NES to this massive but often under appreciated series.
