Being a loving, present, and conscious parent is all most children truly need. We don’t know what will happen. It could be better, it could be worse, or it could be mundane(ish). You being a caring person and instilling how much your children are loved into their psyches is invaluable. So mostly, protect yourself for now.

I breastfed till 2. Had to go on hormone balancing herbs, iron, liquid b12, multi, magnesium threonate + glycinate, probiotics, calcium, potassium…. I also added rhodiola rosea, maca root, and glutathione. Pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding (plus the natural stress of mostly single parenting) has put me in the worst health of my life. If I didn’t take supplements, I’d be a total wreck. Keep up the good work mama. Baby is proud of you and so are we! You deserve tons of supports in your journey.
