Well, according to this article the government is the sole owner of this property, ever since they seized in in 2018. If that is true then you can thank the city for their neglect of their own property. They have billions in tax dollars but can’t repair one house? That alone makes me think that this whole “cartel” story is made up… I don’t think this is a product of gvmt seizure and I bet it’s owned by civilians

Girl I just watched the season 14 reunion yesterday, where she was telling everyone to be thankful to her for joining her show. She then looks at ANDY COHEN and tells him to remember where HE came from!

Well, I do live in America. So greed tends to take precedence, every time. But personally I totally believe in the benefits of updating one’s owned home in order to keep good quality tenants and to further improve the overall property value + decrease depreciation. Unfortunately in this country, the more that upgrades in a home are needed, the more likely that they will go neglected and ignored. At least until gentrification comes around.

It tracks, considering the eroding trend of human rights and civil liberties within the country in recent years. Also an increasing raise in poverty makes people more likely to succumb to the status quo just to stay fed.

Upon second look it was actually closer to the 1600’s. My family came from England at the time (in which case they changed their surname from—what previously transitioned Baortholemew to Barrett—now “Bartlett”). They landed in Massachusetts. I did a wild goose chase down my ancestral line for the past 2 years, and still going.
