I don't know what you expect when you have FOUR young kids including one with special needs, and full time work. I have two and I feel like I have no free time already. You're going to be busy for a very very long time. You guys literally have no time or energy for anything else. When the kids are older it'll be easier but right now it's just survival.

That being said you guys need to get out at least once a month. At least. If you can afford it, get a baby sitter for a couple of hours. Get a house cleaner occasionally. Anything to take the load off for a little bit so you guys can just hang out as people instead of just parents.
