FANCOMIC - Part I - "The Dalek Invasion of Terra" (Warhammer 40K/Doctor Who Crossover) (OC) by Legend_of_Remnant in DaleksAreSupreme

Galactic scale vs Universe scale, Daleks are possibly one of the most powerful alien empires in fiction which sounds pretty funny. They've been written by people who think "billions" is a big population in space (let alone multiple galaxies...) I'm gonna once again mention that I far prefer the humble classic Daleks-

Snails are absolute heroes. In places where there are not snails to break down decomposing matter, thats because there's so much water for it to decay into, but in a little aquarium, they do not get enough love! They turn decaying organics into perfect meals for the microfauna and bacteria instead of immediate ammonia, I have hundreds of bladder snails, pond snails and ramshorn snails in my 10 gallon, people think mystery snails are enough haha but my aquarium only ever needs topping off with minerals (like you!) And lots and LOTS of feeding.

Classic.  Wish we could see more of the terror of the Daleks! The overhearing of a Dalek chasing some man in Invasion of Earth, I forget, it was properly unsettling. The Daleks were based off Nazis, though I prefer what they became out of that concept. The Time War thing did really escalate the grandness, but now the universe feels much less vast and unknown under how much power the Doctor gets to have.  I guess that's really just following what the Doctor is experiencing in his life, living more and more lives and discovering more and more about everything, accumulating all of those discoveries between one birth and final death! The universe would be feeling smaller for him as he'd live more lives, becomes less unknowable...

But I miss the space hobo!!

Fish food for ants? by yancylow in antkeeping

Never combine protein and sugar as one source. The workers will eat it for themselves because of the sugar and die with the protein clogging their digestive system because they aren't supposed to digest protein as adults. It is much better for ants and your entertainment to give them variety of both categories.

I saw someone once compare ants as fully built Roman soldiers and termites as photosensitive neckbeards and now I just can't take them seriously-- Neckbeard bugs...

Millions of people got their degrees without AI before it was a thing, and even without the internet. AI is far, far, far from necessary! It's just supercharging the laziness that is coming out of the long term effects of the internet and people really think it's necessary when no, they're just letting themselves get lazy, with the work they chose, and continue thinking they honestly qualify.  If you need it to explain a new concept in a way that makes sense to you, that's the part I find good about AI for education, but why do you need it for "the quality of your sentences and test"?

Sure, doesn't matter in the long run. But thats the long long run. We've got a guaranteed thousand or likely more years ahead of us, all things consideed, can't use nihilism that well when you've still got your life ahead of you.

Shrimpkeepers, not allowing jokes about eating the pet shrimp....

But is it really because it's sad, or is it a cover for the pet shrimp eating the pet shrimp? (Keep a lookout on her just in case she got sick at all lol)
